At C.O. Bigelow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your return back to our historic apothecary location in New York City.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
