What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view your order history and real-time shipping updates.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our apothecary items, we cannot accept returns on used personal care products for hygiene reasons.

Are your products cruelty-free?

C.O. Bigelow is committed to ethical beauty. We do not test our finished products on animals, and we strive to partner with suppliers who uphold the same cruelty-free standards.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are your apothecary formulas safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind using time-honored ingredients. However, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on the product page or performing a patch test before full application.
